Sky-tech Suppliers Limited (esgaming.co.ke, TAR-G, Smartlife Suppliers) warrants that the product that the product is free from defects from components used or workmanship, conforms to the factory specifications in effect at the time the Product was manufactured or as requested by the client.

We are PC BUILDERS which means we assemble PCs from the components chosen by the customer with the responsibility of how a PC performs down to the choices made by the customer when placing the order and not related to the assembly process.

No guarantee is given or implied related to the performance of any custom desktop pc or laptop assembled from the components chosen by a customer and we will not accept responsibility for software issues, or any issue not related to the assembly of the components.

We accept no responsibility where a customers chooses to disassemble, open , upgrade , reinstall , overclock or otherwise make any changes to a custom pc or laptops after we ship. Where damaged is caused through what the suppliers management considers misuse we can refuse to repair or charge for such repair.

A customer has the entitlement to send any component back to the manufacturer under the terms of the manufacturers warranty however we accept no responsibility should the manufacturer of the component refuse warranty. We can however offer advice to a customer of our opinion as to whether a manufacturer would refuse warranty once we are asked in advance of any component being returned to a manufacturer.

We accept no responsibility for the suitability or performance of a custom pc or laptop for any purpose and it is the customers responsibility to ensure the suitability and that a custom pc or laptop is fit for the purpose they intend prior to choosing the components we use to assemble the custom pc or custom laptop.

We are not responsible for problem solving or repairing any computer which a customer is building whether they purchased all or partial components from us. We are responsible for each of the components purchased only with no warranty provided or implied when one of more components is purchased and then used to build a custom computer or to upgrade an existing computer. If there is an issue with a computer assembled by the customer from components it is the customers responsibility to problem solve any issue and if there is a fault with a component the customer can return for assessment based on the terms and conditions which apply to the warranty of a component.

We accept no responsibility for computers built by customers whether they purchase some or all components from ourselves with limited warranty only related to each individual component.

All products are tested, and security seal installed. If you wish for a full refund, the security seal on the package must not be tampered with. Also, for a product to qualify for warranty protection, there should be no removal of any warranty seal and the defect must not be from an alteration of the product. If there is physical damage on the product, the warranty is also null and void. We encourage you to record an unboxing video to prove any defect on arrival.

The customer shall be required to return the defective product accompanied by the proof of purchase (e.g., store receipt) at the customer’s expense. When the defective product and proof of purchase are received, the claim will be processed. During the Limited Warranty Period, we will repair the product or replace the defective product with a product that is at least equivalent to the original product., Sky-tech may replace defective Products with new or remanufactured products equivalent or superior to original specifications on an exchange basis. The replacement Product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for thirty (30) days or for the remainder of the Limited Warranty Period of the original Product, whichever is longer. If Customer authorizes SKY-TECH SUPPLIERS LIMITED to perform any services excluded under this Limited Warranty, Customer shall pay standard repair fees for such work. If the Customer authorizes Sky-tech Suppliers Limited to upgrade their product, the Customer shall pay the difference between the current suggested retail price of the product under warranty and of the upgraded product. The customer may assign the Limited Warranty to a subsequent purchaser or assignee of the Product by providing written notice to Sky-tech Suppliers Limited within thirty (30) days after the assignment. Any other purported transfer or assignment of this Limited Warranty is void.

Protection of Stored Data for Customer’s important data, please make periodic backup copies of all the data stored on hard disks, flash memory cards or other storage devices as a precaution against possible failures, alteration, or loss of the data. Skytech-suppliers will not be liable for any data lost during repair or warranty period.

Warranty is valid for the period specified below.

  • What is Not Covered by This Limited Warranty?
  • Service made necessary by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or improper maintenance.
  • Replacement of missing parts, the provision of retrofits, or preventive maintenance.
  • Installation or removal of accessory retrofits, peripheral equipment of which the Product may be a part.
  • Replacement or fixing of software.
  • Repair or replacement of covers, plastics, or appearance parts such as interior or exterior finishes or trim
  • Repair or replacement of consumable items (for example, disposable batteries, tablet pen tips, etc.)
  • Service made necessary by any external cause, including fire, theft, acts of God, alteration, problems arising from software or hardware not supplied by MANUFACTURER, power failures, surges or shortages, lightning, or repairs by persons other than those authorized by SKY-TECH SUPPLIERS LIMITED to service the p
  • Damage caused by use of the Product outside the usage or storage parameters set forth in the Product User’s Guide
