We are a leading retail PC building shop dedicated to delivering high-quality custom PCs and exceptional customer experience. Our primary sales channels are our website and social media platforms. We are looking for a dynamic individual to help us grow and manage our online presence.

Key responsibilities

Website Management

  • Update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the website.
  • Monitor and process online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment.

Online Community Support

  • Engage with customers on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages.
  • Build and maintain a positive online community by fostering discussions and providing expert advice on PC building and tech.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Content Creation & Management

  • Collaborate with our content creator in creating engaging content for social media, including posts, stories, and updates about new products, promotions, and tech tips.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop creative campaigns to boost online visibility and sales.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Provide regular reports on engagement, sales, and customer feedback to help improve our online strategies.

On-Shop Assistance

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting interested products.
  • Provide advice on product specifications and help customers find the best solutions for their needs.
  • Process sales transactions and handle returns or exchanges.
  • Organize and maintain products display.
  • Check stock levels and restock shelves when necessary.
  • Assist with receiving and unpacking new stock deliveries.
  • Maintaining general cleanliness of the shop.

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in website management platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of PC hardware and components is a plus.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.

Customer Service

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Organizational Skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in content creation or digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO and online advertising strategies.
