Shop assistant and social media manager
We are looking for a shop assistant and social media manager to join our team. As a shop administrator and social media manager, you will be responsible for:
- Creating engaging and relevant content for our social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Managing our online store, including processing orders, updating inventory, and handling customer inquiries.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of our physical shop, such as maintaining cleanliness, stocking shelves, and assisting walk-in customers.
- Collaborating with other staff members and suppliers to provide the best service and products to our customers.
- Performing any duties as may be assigned from time to time.
To be qualify in this role, you should have
- A passion for computers, basic knowledge of computer hardware, gaming and esports, and a good knowledge of the latest trends and products in the industry.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, and a flair for creating captivating and informative content.
- Experience in using social media tools and platforms, such as Canva, Hootsuite, and Buffer.
- Experience in ecommerce and customer service, and a familiarity with WooCommerce, Opencart, Shopify or similar platforms.
- A high level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
