Exchange or Return of Goods

At esgaming.co.ke, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are highly discouraged. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns will only be accepted for unsealed products in their original packaging and with all included accessories.
  • Products must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in the original box.
  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the purchase date. No returns will be accepted after this period.

Handling Fee

  • A 30% handling fee will be deducted from the purchase price of all eligible returns. This fee covers restocking, inspection, and handling costs.

Custom-Built PCs

  • For custom-built PCs, cancellations or returns are subject to strict conditions:
  • If you cancel your order after a 50% deposit has been paid, up to 30% handling fee of the total purchase price may be deducted. This is because all parts have already been unsealed, configured, and prepared for assembly.
  • Once the custom PC has been fully assembled and shipped, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • All returned items must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Custom-built PCs that have been assembled or shipped.
  • Software, digital downloads, or licenses.
  • Products without the original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Any customized product.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or repair, depending on the situation.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
