Warranty Terms for Custom PCs

At Esgaming Store, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom PC builds. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review the following warranty terms and conditions carefully.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty applies only to complete custom PC builds assembled and sold by us.

Coverage period: 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase or the equivalent of fair usage of 4,400 active hours (up to 12 hours daily use), whichever comes first. Warranty covers hardware defects in parts or workmanship under normal use.

Proof of Purchase

Customers must present the original receipt or invoice for any warranty claim.

Warranty service cannot be provided without valid proof of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

The following situations and conditions are not covered:

Tampering & Stickers

Removing or peeling off shop-issued warranty stickers or seals voids the warranty.

Individual Components

Warranty is not offered on single components (motherboards, RAM, GPUs, etc.) sold individually. All individual components are tested at the point of sale before release.

Reasons:

  • We cannot control installation methods or handling once a part leaves the shop.
  • In-house warranty requires complete build integrity for proper fault diagnosis.

Customer-Supplied Parts

Warranty is valid only if all PC components are purchased from us.

Reasons:

  • Ensures compatibility and stability.
  • Protects against hidden defects from third-party suppliers.
  • Maintains full traceability of components.

Data Safety

We do not guarantee data safety during warranty service and customers are advised to regularly back up important files.

User-Related Errors

Warranty may be denied if issues are caused by:

    1. Overclocking, BIOS tampering, or voltage modifications.
    2. Incorrect installation of extra parts.
    3. Spillage of liquids or food.
    4. Unauthorised Repairs or Modifications
    5. Any service, repair, or modification carried out by a third party (not authorised by us) voids the warranty.
    6. External peripherals such as power adapters, monitors, keyboards, mice, UPS units, headphones, or cables are not covered unless specifically included in a bundle with their own warranty terms.

Non-Commercial Use Clause

Warranty is valid for personal and standard productivity use only. Intensive use such as mining, industrial environments, or server farms voids the warranty.

Natural Disasters & External Events

Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, earthquakes, accidents, or theft is not covered.

Cosmetic Damage

Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, discolouration) that do not affect functionality are excluded.

Warranty Claim Process

PCs must be returned to our shop or authorized service centre at the customer’s cost. Defective parts may be replaced with an equivalent or higher-performance part, subject to availability. Replaced parts become the property of Esgaming Store.

Repair timelines depend on parts availability; while estimates will be provided, exact turnaround times cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of defective hardware under warranty. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as business interruption, profit loss, or data loss.

Post-Warranty Service

After the warranty period, customers may still bring PCs for servicing, but labour and replacement parts will be charged at the prevailing rates.

Final Notes

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. By purchasing from us, the customer acknowledges and accepts these warranty terms.
